2. Scope of Service

ebio.gg is a digital platform for gamers and content creators that enables you to design and publish personalized gaming-style profile pages featuring integrations, visuals, and community interaction tools. The service is offered online only; no physical products are provided.

Access and use of ebio.gg are available worldwide, subject to these Terms and applicable local laws.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription.

If you are under 18, you must obtain parental or guardian consent before using ebio.gg. We are not responsible for any unauthorized use by minors. In all cases, any contract concluded through the registration or purchase process remains legally valid and enforceable.

4. Account Registration

To use ebio.gg, you must create a user account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or upload prohibited content.

5. Subscriptions and Free Trial

• Each plan is available as a monthly or yearly subscription.
• All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly).
• A 7-day free trial is available for new users. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the chosen rate.

ebio.gg offers three subscription plans: Basic, Premium, and Ultimate.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided.

6. Payments and Billing

Payments are securely processed through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., based in Dublin, Ireland. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through Stripe for the selected plan.

All prices include VAT, and invoices are automatically issued via Stripe. We only process non-sensitive payment metadata. We do no store or process your sensitive payment details directly.

7. Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Because ebio.gg provides digital content and services, your right of withdrawal under EU law expires once the service begins. By confirming your purchase, you expressly waive your statutory right of withdrawal.

No refunds will be issued for early cancellations or unused time periods. In exceptional cases (e.g., duplicate billing, verified technical failure), please contact support — we will review each case individually.

8. User Content and Responsibilities

Users may upload profile images, links, and other materials to personalize their profiles, as well as leave comments on other profiles.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on ebio.gg as required for providing the service.

You are solely responsible for all content you post or upload. We assume no liability for user-generated or third-party content.

9. Acknowledgment

By clicking “Continue,” “Subscribe,” or otherwise using ebio.gg, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, and that you expressly waive your right of withdrawal once the service begins.

10. Prohibited Conduct and Content

• Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW,
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or harassment,
• Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights,
• Includes malware, spam, or fraudulent activity, or
• Violates any applicable law or regulation.

You agree not to use ebio.gg for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose. In particular, you may not upload, share, or link to content that:

11. Intellectual Property

All design elements, graphics, logos, and source code of ebio.gg are the exclusive property of Le Clement UG (haftungsbeschränkt). You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any part of the service without prior written permission.

12. Account Termination and Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your user settings. Deletion removes your profile and stored data, except where retention is legally required (e.g., for tax records).

Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining billing period.
